LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has decided not to pursue sexual assault charges against former USC linebackers Osa Masina and Don Hill for an alleged incident last July.
Prosecutors determined there was “insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt,” according to a copy of the charge evaluation worksheet.
A woman told investigators last year that Masina and Hill sexually assaulted her at an off-campus apartment in July.
Masina and Hill were initially suspended by USC for the first two games of the 2016 before they were removed from the roster.
