Anthony Sarao joins a host of Pac-12 players on the West Team, coached by June Jones, as they battle to prove their NFL worthiness at the East-West Shrine Game.
This week and the game will be of particular importance to Sarao, who’s draft-ability has been questioned. Lance Zierlein of NFL.com suggested that lack of speed will sink the linebacker in NFL evaluations, so he’ll need to make an impression with instincts and special teams production.
The annual postseason all-star game, the longest running one at that, will be played for the 89th time going back to 1925 on Saturday.
