If USC football’s resounding 45-20 victory over Stanford gave Trojan fans something to cheer about for the first time since 2017, Saturday’s contest with BYU brought everyone back to the depths of 2018. The Men of Troy fell in overtime to the Cougars by the score of 30-27.

BYU didn’t forget about the youth and inexperience for the Trojans at key positions and took advantage.
