USC football’s 2015 fall camp is now in the past, with a handful of players emerging before the Trojans begin two weeks of game prep for Arkansas State.
With a roster that is still predominantly young, especially at positions of emphasis, having players step up in fall camp was a big need for USC.
Increased roster numbers made for a camp with several scholarship players given the opportunity to seize an improved spot on the depth chart. That was a change from the spring, when low numbers saw walk-ons like Christian Tober and Connors Spears separate themselves from reserves.
