According to a tweet from Demetric Warren of Varsity Preps, 5-star usc quarterback Ricky Town has requested a transfer from USC and Steve Sarkisian has verbally agreed.

So far (as of mid-Sunday afternoon) there has been no secondary source or official confirmation from the team or the University.
