This isn’t the USC offense we expected.
With only 332 total offensive yards, the Trojans dropped their first big Pac-12 matchup losing 17-3 to #10 Stanford—scoring the least amount of points in the series since 1941.
JT Daniels looked like a true freshman—and not in the Lamar Jackson way, but more in the 12-for-26 and 215 yards with two interceptions kind of way. Aca’Cedric Ware led the way for the three-headed Trojan running game racking up 66 yards adding to 121 total rushing yards USC collected.
The first half was uneventful as the Trojans were shutout—but not at the hands of a dominant defense.
