It's almost time for college football, and of all the schools in the land, USC might have the most reasons to be excited. The dark days of Lane Kiffin are finally over, NCAA sanctions are in the rear-view mirror, and there's a sense of excitement in LA that hasn't been felt since Pete Carroll left town.
