Sitting at 2-6, UNLV football is one loss away from a sixth-straight season of being bowl-ineligible following a narrow loss in the team’s most recent game.
“Real disappointed locker room over there— [we] had a lot of opportunities in that game to close it out and win it,” UNLV head coach Tony Sanchez said. “But I’ll tell you this, I’m really proud of our guys. There’s no moral victories and let me tell you we’re all hurting in there. There’s guys with tears in there.”
