UNLV Athletics compliance head resigns after harassment allegation

UNLV Athletics Compliance Head Eric Toliver resigned last week amid harassment accusations, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

Toliver, who has been with UNLV for 26 years, worked as an executive associate to the athletic director. He worked closely with UNLV President Len Jessup to ensure the campus is following all NCAA rules.

He also worked as a department liaison over UNLV’s softball and women’s soccer programs. The claims date back several years, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

According to his staff biography, as a part of his responsibilities Toliver was to “facilitate the handling of complaints involving a UNLV Athletics (student-athlete, coach, administrator or visitor) with the Title IX Coordinator.
