One thing has held true over the course of the UNLV baseball season so far, the Rebels dominate in midweek matchups.
UNLV has gone 7-2 in games played on Tuesday or Wednesday after starting the season 1-2 in that category. Most recently, the Rebels clobbered the UC Riverside Highlanders over the two-day period outscoring them 23-14.
Interestingly enough, UNLV scored all of its runs in six innings, including scoring three or more in five of those six innings. In addition, the Rebels scored 11 of its 23 runs with two-outs already complete.
Over the course of the schlaking, one may find it worth noting that in both wins the Rebels had to come-from-behind to secure the victory.
