The Rebels flipped the switch in the final round and shot a combined 25 under par in the final round to jump ahead of the Wolf Pack and win the tournament by five strokes. UNLV finished the tournament with round scores of 283-283-263, putting them 35 strokes under par.
The Jackrabbit Invitational was UNLV’s second tournament win of a strong spring season that hasn’t seen them place below fourth place as a team in any of their four tournaments.
On an individual basis the Rebels had three Top-10 finishers. Senior Shintaro Ban finished second (-14), freshman Jack Trent finished third (-12) and sophomore Justin Kim tied for sixth (-5).
