Friday was an eventful morning for UNLV basketball:
— Jordan Cornish reopened his recruiting, decommitting to California. Whether he stays at UNLV remains to be seen. Cornish didn’t provide details when contacted by a UNLV sports information official.
— Justin Jackson will visit Maryland this weekend, according to The Washington Post. He signed scholarship papers with the Rebels in November. Jackson still lists himself as a UNLV commitment on Twitter, but this obviously isn’t a good sign for the Rebels. Now all four players who signed in November have reopened recruiting, with Christian Vital announcing Friday he would attend Connecticut.
