The Raiders’ big move to Las Vegas for the 2020 NFL season is on the horizon and their performance under head coach Jon Gruden and GM Mike Mayock has been unimpressive thus far, to say the least.
Last year, Gruden went 4-12 in his first season and the new duo has gotten off to a rocky start this year as well. It’s true that rebuilding a roster and changing a team’s culture doesn’t happen overnight. However, the remainder of the 2019 season can serve as the perfect opportunity for the team to gain some excitement and steam within the Las Vegas community with their performance on the field before the relocation.
