The Yanks were pretty quiet this past week with many players out of the lineup for various reasons. But Lynden Gooch continued his solid season with a nice goal in FA Cup action plus Haji Wright and Jan George got in the action in Germany. The players will now either have a week off or they are reporting for duty as the international break begins.

Gooch was on the score-sheet again in Sunderland’s 2-0 win over Port Vale in the FA Cup. It was well taken in a tight space and it is clear the guy is playing with confidence right now.
