Gor Mahia were forced to share spoils by hard-fighting Western Stima in a Kenyan Premier League (KPL) tie at Moi Stadium, Kisumu on Wednesday.
Clifton Miheso scored the opener for Gor Mahia in the early moments of the second half before Villa Oromchan pulled one back for the hosts. It is the third draw for K'Ogalo and sixth for Western Stima this season.
Gor Mahia were instantly reduced to 10 men on the pitch when their assistant captain and defender Joash Onyango was given a straight red card. Onyango, a former Western Stima player, pulled back Benson Omala as the youngster swiftly left him and was on his way to scoring in the fifth minute.
