U.S. international Aron Johannsson could look at "different options" in the summer should his situation at Werder Bremen not improve before the end of the Bundesliga season, a source close to the player has told ESPN FC.
Johannsson, 26, has only featured eight times for Bremen this season after returning from a long-term injury last summer. He started in the club's first two matches and came off the bench another six times, and only twice in 2017. He has not featured in any of the last four league games in which Bremen won 10 points.
