Francis Uzoho, Victor Osimhen and Valentine Ozornwafor have been released from the senior national camp to join Nigeria U23 team ahead of their clash against Libya.
Last Wednesday, the west Africans bowed to a 2-0 loss in the first-leg of the U23 Africa Cup of Nations in Tunisia and will need to overturn the deficit to qualify for the continental showpiece in Egypt later this year and also boost their chances of qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Uzoho was in action for the Super Eagles in their 2-0 win over Seychelles and he is expected to boost the goalkeeping department after Wikki Tourist shot-stopper Adamu Abubakar was sent off at the Ben Guerdane Stadium.
