U.S. under-20s beat El Salvador to reach CONCACAF Championship final

The United States qualified for the Under-20 World Cup while booking passage to the final or the CONCACAF Championship with a 2-1 defeat of nine-man El Salvador on Friday.

Emmanuel Sabbi and Eryk Williamson provided the goals for the U.S., who have never won this tournament.

Kevin Reye Ortiz was sent off in the 80th minute for the Central Americans.
