United States' Copa America roster: Five questions to be answered

The United States' 40-man preliminary roster for next month's Copa America Centenario was released on Sunday. By May 20, the list must be cut to 23.

Ahead of those reductions, Jeff Carlisle and Doug McIntyre discuss the key questions that must be answered.

1. This is a veteran-heavy group with a lot of holdovers from the 2014 World Cup. Is that the right way to go?

Carlisle: I think that depends on the definition of "veteran-heavy." Granted there are still plenty of 30-somethings but, given the movement within the depth chart, it looks like you will see players like Darlington Nagbe, Ethan Horvath and Christian Pulisic make the final cut.
