Chippa United winger William Twala has defended his unsuccessful stints at Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, saying luck was not on his side.
Twala spent three seasons at Pirates where loan-spells away from the club highlighted his time there, only making five Premier Soccer League (PSL) appearances for the Buccaneers and having played in one Caf Champions League match with no goal.
Following spells at Golden Arrows and Chippa United, Twala then arrived at then reigning league champions Chiefs for the second half of the 2015/16 season which he completed with 16 league games and two goals.
