Kieran Trippier has withdrawn from England's squad for the upcoming games against USA and Croatia.
The Tottenham right-back sustained a groin injury during Spurs' 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, and was forced off after just 24 minutes, to be replaced by Serge Aurier.
And he has now been forced to pull out of the selection for the friendly against USA and the Nations League encounter with Croatia.
Trippier initially linked up with the squad, but was assessed by medical staff and told to report back to his club to recover.
The former Burnley defender enjoyed a stunning 2018 World Cup, where he emerged as England's first-choice right-back.
