Australian keeper Mat Ryan has revealed he was getting a haircut when the found out his Brighton manager Chris Hughton had been sacked.
Hughton was shown the door at the end of the season after the club finished 17th in the Premier League with Graham Potter since brought in as his replacement.
While Ryan has faith in the club's decision, Hughton's departure came as a shock, particularly considering how the Socceroo learned about it.

“I was actually in the barbershop and a fan came in and was getting his haircut,” Ryan told Macquarie Sports Radio Breakfast.
