Kenedy has agreed to move on loan to Walter Mazzarri's side, which is now working out the details with Chelsea after Antonio Conte was unable to promise the 20-year-old regular first-team football next season.
Miazga, 21, will also move on loan to a Premier League club but he has yet to decide between two unnamed teams, having been told he needs more experienced to feature in the heart of the Blues' defense.
