The financial hardships caused by the coronavirus pandemic could lead to Josh Sargent’s departure from Werder Bremen when the transfer window opens this summer.
The USMNT forward is one of a few valuable commodities owned by Bremen that they will be looking to offload to generate some much-needed revenue for the club, according to a report from ESPNFC.
Even with the threat of relegation still hanging over them, Bremen are open to listening to offers for their sellable players, with Sargent being high on the list. The 21-year-old striker is seemingly ready to move on from his current club, as well, to take the next step in his career.
