Red Bulls' keeper Luis Robles a hit in return to U.S. national team

CARSON, Calif. -- The last time Luis Robles took the field for the U.S. national team, way back in 2009, the American soccer landscape looked much different. Charlie Davies and Stuart Holden were on the field that day against Haiti in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Bob Bradley was the coach. Landon Donovan had yet to embark on the first of his two successful stints at Everton and prospect Christian Pulisic, who was recently promoted to Borussia Dortmund's first team, was just 10 years old.

"A lot has changed over the last six-and-a-half years," Robles, the 2015 MLS Goalkeeper of the Year from New York Red Bulls, told ESPN FC this week.
