Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA FC) head coach Mike Mutebi has defended Nigerian striker John Ogbuono Odumegwu after a poor start at the club.
Odumegwu has managed to find the back of the net just once in eight games he has started but the coach feels the striker, who arrived before the season started, needs more time to settle.
Odumegwu has played against Tooro United FC, Bright Stars FC, BUL FC, Maroons FC, Police FC, Express FC, Vipers SC, URA FC but his poor show in front of goal has led to criticism which Mutebi believes is not warranted.
