Pack your bags! Today, U.S. Soccer announced that Nashville, Tennessee will be the host of the USMNT’s first home match for World Cup qualifying. That qualifier, which will be against Canada, will take place on September 5th at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans and Nashville SC. Kickoff is set for 8:00pm ET on FS1, UniMás, and TUDN.
The first home qualifier will come sandwiched by the USMNT’s first two road qualifiers. The USMNT open up World Cup qualifying on the road against El Salvador on September 2nd. After the home match in Nashville, they travel to Honduras for the final qualifier in that window on September 8th.
