The United States' 4-0 runaway win against Trinidad and Tobago earned the team top spot in Group C and booked them a Hexagonal-opening date with Group A winners Mexico at site yet to be determined in America on Nov. 11.
Joining the U.S. and Mexico in the Hexagonal phase of qualifying for CONCACAF's places at the 2018 World Cup in Russia are Group B winners Costa Rica, and the three group runners-up Honduras, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago.
The Hexagonal, a ten-match schedule for each of the contestants, is played from November of this year through October 2017.
