Jonathan Klinsmann is heading to the United States in search of more playing time. Today, the LA Galaxy announced that the team signed the 23-year-old goalkeeper to an undisclosed deal.
Klinsmann, the son of former USMNT head coach and Germany captain Jurgen Klinsmann, joins the Galaxy from FC St. Gallen in Switzerland’s Swiss Super League, where he didn’t play much in his one season there. He logged 2 appearances for the first team, both in Swiss Cup action, and he did not have an appearance in the Super League.
