Jackson Yueill has been added to the United States Men’s National Team roster ahead of next week’s friendly against El Salvador. USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter decided to add the 23-year-old midfielder from the San Jose Earthquakes to boost the midfielder core, bringing the number of players in camp to 23.
His arrival was delayed as he underwent the normal COVID-19 testing procedures put forth by U.S. Soccer. He will be available for the USMNT when they take on El Salvador on December 9th (7:30pm ET, ESPN Network, UniMás, TUDN). Yueill has 7 caps for the USMNT, last appearing back on February 1st during the annual January Camp match, a 1-0 victory over Costa Rica.
