U.S. Soccer announced on Wednesday that Tab Ramos has been forced into one roster change for the U-20 World Cup. Fulham fullback Marlon Fossey has been withdrawn due to a groin injury he came into training camp with. His recovery wasn’t as fast as the staff had hoped and he has been replaced by Philadelphia Union defender Auston Trusty.
Trusty, who has played many matches for the team this cycle, was already in camp as an emergency back-up, so there will be no travel issues. Fossey is a big loss for the team, however.
