Hansi Flick has urged caution amid speculation that key midfielder Joshua Kimmich suffered a knee injury during Bayern Munich’s 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
Kimmich lost possession near the halfway line and made a desperate lunge to take the ball off Erling Haaland.
The Germany star was unable to win the ball off Haaland and fell awkwardly, suffering what appeared to be a knee injury in the process.
