Henderson signs new five-year contract with Manchester United

The goalkeeper has finalised a new deal with the club after breaking through with Sheffield United.

Dean Henderson has signed a new contract to keep him at Manchester United until June 2025, with the option to extend for a further year.

The goalkeeper has spent the last two campaigns out on loan at Sheffield United and has impressed under Chris Wilder earning himself a call up to Gareth Southgate’s squad for next month’s Nations League fixtures.

Henderson kept 13 clean sheets in the league last season and many have backed him to replace David de Gea as first-choice at Old Trafford.
