Rangers coach Steven Gerrard has taken inspiration from United States president Donald Trump in refuting rumours he could be the next Newcastle United manager.
The Liverpool legend has been linked with the Premier League coaching job recently vacated by his former boss Rafael Benitez and also the head role at Derby County following Frank Lampard's return to Chelsea.
But the 39-year-old emphatically denied speculation he was considering a move to Tyneside, using a quote made famous by Trump.
