Tendayi Darikwa has disclosed he is eager to get off to a fine start after joining Wigan Athletic until the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
After a long term injury – with his last competitive game coming for Nottingham Forest 18 months ago, the Zimbabwe international teamed up with the Latics where he would be hoping to put his career back on track.
Although he has not featured at club level this term, Darikwa played for the Warriors during November’s Africa Cup of Nations qualification fixtures against Algeria.
