The top two teams in each group will qualify for the quarterfinals of the Copa America Centenario.
In the event of teams being level on points, the tiebreakers are as follows:
1) Total goal difference in the group
2) Total goals scored in the group
3) Result between the teams
4) Drawing of lots
GROUP A
Colombia: Has already qualified for the quarterfinals and will take top spot if United States does not beat Paraguay in the first game of the day. If United States beats Paraguay, then Colombia must take at least a point against Costa Rica to finish top.
