TS Galaxy became the first team from the National First Division (NFD) to win the Nedbank Cup.
The team from KwaNdebele achieved this feat at the expense of Kaizer Chiefs, who went into final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium as strong favourites to clinch a record-extending 14th Nedbank Cup title.
However, they were left stunned as TS Galaxy scored a late penalty through Zakhele Lepasa following a foul by Teenage Hadebe inside the Amakhosi box.
