Afcon 2019: Injury boost for Kenya ahead of showdown with Senegal

Kenya have received an injury boost as they prepare to face Senegal in a decisive Africa Cup of Nations finals clash on Monday.

Gor Mahia defender Joash Onyango - who missed the Group C matches against Algeria and Tanzania - and Philemon Otieno - who sat out the tie against the East African neighbours - have all resumed training and could be involved against the Lions of Teranga.

The Harambee Stars will come up against a wounded Senegalese side, who lost by a solitary goal to Algeria in their second match, and a win for either side in the decisive clash set will guarantee them a place in the last 16.
