Former U.S. national team manager Bob Bradley is now in charge of English Premier League club Swansea City. It's a historic appointment, as he is the first American to lead a top flight club.
How did he get the job over well-known candidates such as Ryan Giggs, Paul Clement, and Marcelino?

According to Wales Online, Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins is "convinced Bradley's experienced track record is what Swansea need now" and was "won over by [his] record of discipline and ability to cope with adversity.
