Juventus were far too good for Parma, as Ronaldo doubled his personal tally in the second half with a rifled effort low into the far corner, before Morata’s late, well-placed header gave him a goal to add to his two first-half assists and rounded out Juve’s 4-0 victory. Parma were unable to trouble the Bianconeri’s defence, rarely putting De Ligt and Bonucci under pressure despite needing goals after the interval. Gagliolo’s volley dragged wide represented the best chance Liverani’s side created, which simply wasn’t enough to ruin Buffon’s first clean sheet since November.
