Ethan Horvath earned the start at goalkeeper for the United States senior men's national team in its friendly against Cuba.

The 21-year old Colorado native plays for Molde in the Norwegian Tippeligaen, on a contract that runs through 2018. He was included in the 23-man Gold Cup roster in the third spot behind Brad Guzan and Tim Howard. Horvath also spent time with the U-20 and U-23 national teams, playing in the 2016 CONCACAF-CONMEBOL Olympic qualifying playoff.
