Following the international break, AC Milan travel to Verona on September 15 and will be looking to build on their first victory of the campaign here. As for Brescia, they host Bologna on the same day.
It's full time here and Milan deservedly get their first win of the Serie A season by beating Brescia 1-0. The scoreline doesn't flatter Giampaolo's side, but if they had converted one of the many chances they had in the final 10 minutes it would have done. Calhanoglu's header gave the hosts the lead in the first half and the introduction of Piatek and Borini to the Milan attack in the second period added a new dimension to the team going forward and Brescia were unable to control it.
