Higuain's father says it's 'impossible' his son will join River Plate

Gonzalo Higuain's father has said that his son will not be making a sensational return to River Plate, calling a move "impossible" for now.

The Juventus striker has been linked recently with a move to River, where he began his professional career and starred as a teenager in 2005 and 2006.

However, speaking to Goal, Jorge Higuain ruled out the possibility of his son returning to his homeland in the near future.
