Ghanaian government working to avoid money-related controversy at Afcon

Ghana deputy minister for sports Perry Okudzeto says government is ready to handle any financial needs of the Black Stars to help the team's quest to win the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

The Black Stars are on a mission to end a 37-year trophy drought at the June 21-July 19 championship, their last title coming in Libya in 1982.

A major point ofcontroversy for the Black Stars at major tournaments over the years has got to do with finance.
