Borussia Monchengladbach released an official statement on Monday announcing that Fabian Johnson will be out “until further notice” with an Achilles tendon injury.
Borussia will have to do without the Fabian Johnson for the time being. The USA international is out injured after complaining of an Achilles tendon problem.
ESPNFC reports that Johnson isn’t expected to play again until the new year.
Achilles tendon injuries are no joke. Worst case scenarios can see athletes miss up to 16 months if the tendon is severely damaged. Thankfully, from the sound of the reports, it doesn’t seem like Fabian is in danger of missing a hugely significant amount of time.
