Nigeria ended their hunt for a third Africa U17 Cup of Nations title after Guinea pipped them to a 10-9 penalty shoot-out win.

After 19 successful shoot-out kicks, Nigeria's Ogaga Oduko failed to convert his effort from the spot and handed the Golden Eaglets their first loss in Tanzania.

The semi-final defeat at the National Stadium leaves them vying for a third place in the losers final against Angola on Saturday.
