Just when you thought he was out, they pull him back in. Carlos Ruiz made headlines recently when the Guatemalan Football Federation announced that he wouldn't be able to come to the United States for their country's World Cup qualifier in Columbus because he hadn't paid his rent.
Apparently some money orders were found or some leniency was shown, because it turns out that Ruiz has now been cleared to travel and will participate in tomorrow's big qualifier.
