Brad Evans and Michael Orozco will not be with the United States when they play Canada on Friday. Both players started in the Americans' 3-2 win over Iceland over the weekend, but Jurgen Klinsmann released the two and sent them back to their clubs on Tuesday.
U.S. Soccer confirmed that Evans has tightness in his hamstring and was sent back to the Seattle Sounders as a precaution. There, he will look to get healthy again and prepare for the Sounders' season.
Orozco was not with the U.S. for the start of January camp and only joined the team last week.
