The 32nd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations is almost upon us, as the continent's finest sides will assemble in Egypt to contest the biennial football showpiece.
The hosts, reigning champions Cameroon, Ghana, Tunisia, Morocco and the Ivory Coast are among the favourites, but the tournament has been full of shocks and surprises over the years, so the likes of South Africa and Uganda may realistically fancy their chances of enjoying a long run in the competition this year.
