Kenneth Livsley, 25, of Chestnut Street was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree assault, disorderly conduct, illegal discharge of a firearm and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, they said. His bail was set at $75,000.
According to police, a witness called 911 about 12:40 p.m. Oct. 9 and said a shooting had just happened at Bridge and Pleasant streets. Both the suspect and victim had left, the witness said.
The victim showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound that police said was not life-threatening. Investigators learned the name of the suspect and found out the two know each other.
